The results will shape reporting in the months ahead and provide agency leaders with clear data on where the workforce stands—and what needs attention.
EMS field providers, supervisors, senior leadership and educators from all service types and response areas are encouraged to participate.
The results, including analysis from industry experts, will be published in the What Paramedics Want in 2026 digital report and will be presented during the 2026 Pinnacle EMS Leadership Forum in July. The trend report is produced in partnership by EMS1 and Fitch & Associates.
