Jennifer Kirkland, MS, is a core faculty member for the firm’s Communications Center Manager program. She assists clients in areas including communications systems development, social media, strategic planning, and customer service. Ms. Kirkland is Co-Chair of the National Emergency Number Association (NENA) Education Advisory Board, a NENA instructor, and is a Life Member of the Association of Public-Safety Communications Officials (APCO). She has served for many years on the CO NENA/APCO Chapter board, and is a frequent speaker at NENA, APCO, and International Academies of Emergency Dispatch (IAED) conferences.
In addition to her work at Fitch & Associates, Ms. Kirkland is the Colorado State 9-1-1 Program Manager, and has over 24 years of experience in the profession. She holds a Masters of Science in Organizational Leadership from Arizona State University, a Bachelor of Arts in English, and a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre, from the University of Northern Colorado.
