Richard Keller was a founding partner of Fitch & Associates. He started with the firm in 1984 after previously serving as the director of a rural Missouri EMS system and retired in 2015. He was known for his mathematical prowess and skillful insight of EMS billing and compliance, and his significant contributions to modern EMS.

He passed away on Oct. 12, 2019.
